This week we have the best performance of last year with Jeff Bridges' sensation turn as 'Bad Blake' in this honest and moving country biopic.
There is also great supporting work from Maggie Gyllenhaal and Colin Farell as the love interest and a less damaged country singer respectively.
BIGGEST PROS: This is what country music should be and Bridges' is the man.
BIGGEST CONS: Simplistic and somewhat clichéd story.
